1. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4 (IReV4.0)

The objectives of this programme are:
• Provide opportunities for Malaysian workers to upgrade their skills by participating in training based on high value-added industry requirements which will enhance their career development and to earn better income.
• Assist employers to train their workers in fields related to Digitalization which will facilitate employers in adopting a digital-based business approach for productivity, business growth and sustainability in the market post-MCO.
• Assist SME employers through consultations for the provision of high-tech human resources skill requirements before the adoption of Industrial 4.0 elements to increase productivity.

Target Group

The target group for the IReV4.0 is Malaysian Employees of HRDF registered and Non HRDF registered employers who are ready to embark on the Fourth Industrial Revolution initiatives. Kindly refer to the table below to view the list of courses provided under this programme. Please find the attached IR4.0 brochure for your reference too. We are also able to customize courses according to companies Training Need Analysis (TNA) and operation processes.

Nature

Participating companies are required to provide a support letter and name list to MIT Academy during proposal submission indicating their interest in sending their employees for the proposed training. 2. SME TRAINING

The objectives of SME Training are:
• To enable Malaysian Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) employees enhance their career development by increasing their skills to retain in their current job with high talent to make them marketable in the job market post COVID-19.
• To encourage SME employers to continuously and systematically train their employees to increase their level of competency, productivity and quality to enhance the productivity of the SME company and sustain in the global market post COVID-19.
• To produce more skilled workers for the SME industries in order to remain competitive and sustainable in the global market post COVID-19. • To support SMEs in increasing their productivity while being cost-effective.

Target Group

The target group for this initiative is the Malaysian Employees of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) registered with HRDF and Non-HRDF. SME employers must meet the official national SME definition subject to the latest Amendment & Expansion of the PSMB Act 2001, as per the table below in order to participate in this scheme: Kindly refer to the table below to view the list of courses provided under this programme. 3. B40 DEVELOPMENT

The objectives of this programme are:
• Aimed to equip participants from the B40 household income group or vulnerable groups with specific skills and knowledge to up-skill, gain entrepreneurship skills and drive self-employment outcome.
• Equip participants with skills and knowledge to enable them venturing into businesses to gain better income.

Target Group

Malaysians from B40 household income group who are looking to upgrade their skills and knowledge through training programmes which enable them to venture into businesses for better income upon completion of the training. The B40 group is defined as a class of Malaysian citizens who earn a household income less than RM3,860*. 4. Gerak Insan Gemilang (GIG)

The objectives of GIG Training are:
• Train students in specific skill areas which enable them to venture into the gig economic segment.
• Ensure students are well-trained with digital skills. • To fill the current unemployment gap whilst simultaneously encourage those interested to enter the gig economy.

Target Group

Malaysians who are looking to upgrade their skills and knowledge through training programmes which will enable them to become freelancers upon completion of the training. Kindly refer to the table below to view the list of courses provided Gerak Insan Gemilang (GIG) programme.

RiSE4WRD

The HRDF RiSE4WRD for Industry4WRD is designed to support the national agenda in accelerating technology by providing a platform for SME (Small & Medium Enterprises)manufacturing companies and the related services that have participated in the Readiness Assessment (RA), a programme under the Industry4WRD initiative by Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI).

Target Group
This initiative is targeted to Malaysian SME Employersthat have participated and completed the Industry4WRD programme and Readiness Assessment (RA).

Benefits
Upon approval, SME companies are entitled to send 5 pax of staffs for the relevant training for free.

Guidelines to Register
To participate in the HRDF RiSE4WRD for Industry4WRD,employers are required to submit their proposals to HRDF via online application system at https://apps.hrdf.com.my:8443/Rise4wrd/. MIT Academy is able to assist via Team Viewer, Ms Teams or Anydesk. In the event where employer is not registered as an HRDF levy contributor, employer must send an email to employersupport@hrdf.com.my for registration.
During the online submission, there are a couple documents employer and appointed training provider need to provide. For employers, the documents needed including:
1. Company's Full Readiness Assessment(RA) Report
2. Cover Letter - template as attached
3. List of Employees Details who will undergo the training - template as attached

For training provider, below are the documents needed to be provided upon finalizing the training course with employer.
